JADE RAMOS
PRESIDENT

​Jade Ramos is a dedicated business leader, real estate finance professional, and community advocate with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Throughout her career, she has held key roles with several Fortune 500 companies, including Guaranteed Rate, Mr. Cooper, and New American Funding, serving in positions such as loan processor, underwriter, loan originator, and branch manager.
Jade currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Investment Bankers Network (INBANET), where she has found her passion in the private money sector. She specializes in helping real estate investors secure financing for fix-and-flip projects and other real estate investment opportunities.
In addition, Jade serves as a Sales Manager at Ciudad Maderas, where she helps individuals and families from the United States invest in real estate opportunities in Mexico. Through this work, she continues to support clients in building wealth, expanding their investment portfolios, and creating a connection to international real estate ownership.
An immigrant from El Salvador, Jade is deeply committed to empowering women, supporting education, and creating opportunities for the next generation. She currently serves as President of the BABC Scholarship Foundation and is a graduate of the Multicultural Women’s Leadership program at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
Jade previously served as Vice President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals in 2025(NAHREP). She now serves as an Ambassador for the Downey Chamber of Commerce, continuing her commitment to community leadership, professional growth, and service.
She is also a proud mother of three and grandmother of three. Jade lives in West Covina with her family

JANIE RODRIGUEZ
VICE PRESIDENT

Janie Marquez is the Senior Vice President and relationship Manager for Enterprise Bank & Trust in the Downtown Los Angeles Office. Her portfolio is comprised of affluent individuals and commercial clients within the Southern California region. She brings 24 years of progressive leadership to the banking industry while exceeding revenue-generated goals in a highly competitive environment within the financial industry.
During her career, she has held positions in the Retail, Personal, and Commercial Banking
divisions. Before Enterprise Bank Janie was a Vice President, Senior Relationship Banker at 1 st Century Bank, leading the commercial unit in the highly competitive Los Angeles region while specializing in multiple areas and markets. She has been featured and recognized by her employers as one of the top bankers as ranked amongst her peers and is always sought after within the industry due to her proven results, professional service, and success record. She is a fellow cohort of the prestigious Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program endorsed by the University of Southern California.
A native of California, Janie grew up in Los Angeles, California, and is Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Janie is an amazing mother of three beautiful children and a recent grandmother. She enjoys volunteering for different non-profit organizations offering free financial literacy workshops in low-income communities across Los Angeles. She is incredibly proud of her culture and enjoys speaking her home language “Spanish” with her colleagues and clients. In her free time, she love hiking, playing golf, and spending time with her granddaughter.

Martha Morales has been a dedicated real estate professional for 22 years and has proudly been part of the Keller Williams family for the past 15 years. As a part owner of her Keller Williams office, Martha combines her extensive industry knowledge with a passion for serving her community and helping families achieve their real estate goals.
Specializing in probate sales and assisting seniors who are downsizing or relocating out of state, Martha is known for her compassionate approach, professionalism, and commitment to guiding clients through some of life's most important transitions. She understands that real estate is more than a transaction—it's an opportunity to create financial stability and build generational wealth.
A strong advocate for education and empowerment, Martha regularly hosts workshops focused on homeownership, wealth-building strategies, and financial resources designed to help individuals and families create a stronger financial future. Her mission is to educate, inspire, and provide the tools people need to make informed decisions about their financial well-being.
Martha is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business and believes that knowledge is one of the most powerful tools for creating opportunities and lasting success.
Outside of her professional life, Martha is happily married to her husband, Eddie, and they recently celebrated 32 years of marriage. She is also the proud mother of two accomplished daughters, Magdalena and Maribell, both of whom are college graduates. Family, faith, service, and community remain at the heart of everything Martha does.

VERONICA FRANCO
CO TREASURER

Veronica Franco is a VP at Provident Title Company.
Veronica has been in the Title Industry for 30 years. Veronica has built and maintains long term business relationships with real estate firms, residential, commercial, and industrial clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and credit unions. In 2021 Veronica graduated with honors from the Multicultural Women’s Executive leadership program and USC Marshall school of business four  years ago, Veronica was one of the founders to create space for women to support each other through the Believe and achieve book club. 4 years ago, the book club became a nonprofit organization (501 c3).
Veronica served as the organizations first board president. The organization fundraises to give out scholarships to young ladies who will be attending college. Veronica is also a lector at St.Marys Catholic Church and is also part of Soroptimist International.  Veronica lives in Whittier and has been married to Mark Franco for 23 years and is the proud mother of 22-year-old Mark J. Franco. Her passion and purpose in this life is to serve God and spend as much time with her family, and friends. She enjoys listening and reading books, traveling, visiting wineries, eating good food, and spreading love and joy.

SECRETARY

Nora Garica is a bilingual professional tax preparer who has been proudly serving the community since 2001. She owned a franchise for 20 years and now owns her tax business Gorosave Tax Service. Nora’s heart and joy are her sons and now her grandchildren. She is highly favored, deeply loved, and greatly blessed.

ROSA ALICIA CENTENO
​DIRECTOR

Rosa Alicia Centeno has been in the PPLA Health Educator Program for 10 years. In 1996, Rosa Alicia was hired in this amazing program through 2008. In October 2013, she obtained her real estate license and launched her career with Coldwell Banker Alliance. In May 2017, she move to the firm Sharpstone Realty Inc. where she currently continues as a real estate professional. She continues grow her client base of residential, commercial and investors. She has big business relationship with many realtors, lenders, lawyers, attorneys, escrow companies, and inspectors. She is committed to power through knowledge and delivers trainingings to teach clients how to grow and protect their assets. In 2018, she started helping to share love, clothes, toys and food with children from an orphanage in Mexicali “El Faro”. To this day, Rosa Alicia continues with her dedication to this cause and brings Christmas to the children every December. Rosa Alica joined the book club in May 2019 and is now part of the BABC Scholarship Foundation Board. ​

JENNIFER ZAMORA
DIRECTOR

​Jennifer Zamora serves as Vice President and Community Development Outreach Team Lead for City National Bank, where she leads Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives and advances the bank’s commitment to supporting underserved communities through strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations nationwide.
With more than two decades of experience in the banking industry, Jennifer has been a champion of financial literacy since 2005. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families through financial education, helping clients build wealth, plan for the future, and create lasting legacies for generations to come. While dedicated to serving all communities, Jennifer is particularly passionate about expanding access to financial education and economic opportunity within historically underserved communities of color. She actively collaborates with organizations focused on disrupting cycles of poverty, promoting financial inclusion, and empowering low- and moderate-income youth and adults.
Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whittier, where she is also a member of the Finance and Executive Committees. She additionally serves on the Boards of Directors for the BABC and Homeownership OC. Her leadership and dedication to community impact are further reflected in her completion of the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program in partnership with the University of Southern California (USC).
Through her professional leadership and community service, Jennifer continues to drive meaningful change by expanding economic opportunities and fostering financial empowerment for individuals and
communities alike.
